– When collecting ballast boxes, the forklift operator must make sure that the entire base of the box has been filled with the machine's boom. Only after this procedure, unloading must be carried out.

– For unloading large format product into containers, if the box is in the longest position, it is necessary to use boom extenders measuring at least 1.80m.

– After unloading for internal movement, It is recommended to position the boxes in the narrowest direction. Thus, boom needs to be adjusted again for operation.

– For safe storage, make sure the floor base is even, and never exceed a volume of nine crates, or yet, 2.25m.- Before carrying out the transport operation, It is important that the machine's booms are adjusted for each type of gauge.

– For boxes measuring 253x132cm, maximum stacking of 9 boxes. For boxes measuring 132x132cm, this number is even lower. Ideally, stack up to four at a time..

– Avoid supporting or depositing other materials or objects on the piles formed by the ballasts, as these are fragile and can be damaged.
