The challenges in the life of an architect - and associates - were many: from carrying out an entire project just to buying a phone line (a fortune, in season), until the adaptation to the technological transformations of the last decades.
Resilient and versatile, the partners / friends, plus the whole team, transit through different types of projects, especially the big ones. In the list of deliveries are hospitals, shopping centers, commercial and industrial buildings, and many larger ones. And the challenges are also many: one of them is to connect several small projects in one, in one place. Feeding areas, laundry, accommodation, administrative sectors, internal or open to the public, clean and dirty flow - in cases of hospitals, etc.
The bigger the work, greater the generation of waste. Therefore, sustainability also started as a goal to be achieved - as was the case initially with the majority - and today it is a practice intrinsic to projects. More than sustainable, the search is for responsible solutions, thinking not environment, no social, in the accessible and, Sure, in aesthetics.
