This is a story of many chapters. And like any good narrative, spares no surprises, laughter and tears. In 1987 the departure of the founder wept, Maximilian Gaidzinski. The sadness of the loss was offset by the certainty that his lifelong effort to make Eliane a successful company had not been in vain.

That reference so important that it built an empire from a bankrupt mass in 1959 would remain alive in memory and guide many actions over the years that followed. Based on the values ​​rooted by Seu Milo, Eliane expanded more and more.

A year after that sad 87, another “departure” would give a new meaning to the decade of 80 - the departure of Eliane III. In 1988 a new unit was born that would consolidate the mono-firing technology in the production of coatings by means of roller ovens. Against the crisis facing Brazil, Eliane turned the page and continued to generate jobs and income, contributing decisively to the development of people and regions where it operated.

Protagonist of the story itself and used to the many twists of real life, Eliane would repeat some facts so many years later. Once again in the face of a crisis - now in the civil construction market - I would once again build up walls of beaten ground to dare once again, and once again at Eliane III. Rescuing good memories from those who lived that year 88 and a totally new feeling for those who saw a new factory born, nowadays.

The year of 2020 was not preceded by a controversial episode like the one in 87, but already started putting it to the test. Here at Eliane, what was shown was the willpower and courage to reverse any crisis that the country has experienced in recent years. A work by many authors, written to well over four hands, that gave birth to a new large format porcelain factory in Brazil.
