Since today, when you have any questions about our products and services you can also count on the new virtual assistant Eliane – a Ane – that becomes part of our site.
The assistant, which had its name chosen with the help of company employees and the followers of our Instagram, is nothing more than a chatbot, a virtual robot that simulates human interaction through chat.

The purpose of the virtual assistant is to automate basic resolution tasks, ensuring agility and fluidity of the process, in addition to serving a larger number of people. Thus, you can answer your questions faster, at any time of the day and any day of the week, at the same time that the BAG Eliane available to resolve more complex issues.
To implement the virtual assistant Eliane, an artificial intelligence system was used, that uses the conversation flow itself to perfect the tool. The chatbot needs this interaction to learn making the service more and more effective and efficient.
