All about coatings for commercial areas

Have you ever checked by on here that the place where the products will be applied is a primary criterion for choosing the ceramics for your renovation or construction, the rules are also valid when deciding coatings for commercial areas.
Public service spaces have different characteristics from residential environments. They will receive more people and will be exposed to various situations that rarely apply to the routine of a home. Thus, they also need specific products that meet their needs in the best possible way.
Small and medium traffic commercial areas
For projects that tend to receive a smaller flow of people like stores, offices and offices, for example, the floor coverings used must be part of the “LC” category (suitable for residential environments with and without access to the street and commercial areas without access to the street) or “LD” (suitable for residential and commercial environments with and without street access).
As the vast majority of these establishments are located inside malls, commercial buildings and galleries, having to go through other environments before reaching the destination, it is possible to make use of shiny products like polished ones (PO), because the dirt that could damage your coating will dissipate along the destination. In this case, a doormat at the entrance is also a great tip to keep your floor beautiful for longer.
If your establishment makes use of chairs with wheels or furniture that can be dragged frequently providing constant friction in the material, give preference to other surface finishes such as satin (AC) or the natural (NA), as the brilliants can scratch or even lose their luster with daily contact.

High traffic commercial areas
Spaces like supermarkets, large shopping centers, car dealerships, road, hospitals and clinics receive many people throughout the day. For high traffic environments, only use technical porcelain tiles from class "LD" (suitable for residential and commercial environments with and without street access).
In these establishments, the matte and slightly textured finish known as natural (NA) proves to be the most resistant and durable option in contact with shopping carts, automobiles, stretcher transport, appliances and other equipment essential for the operation of the business.
Polished ones can be used with caution, respecting the correct classification and always analyzing the situation to which they will be exposed on a daily basis. Try to target glossy coatings to strategic points, with more decorative appeal. The doormat also helps if it is applied in the hall or following the entrance door.
