“Re-attitude” closes the Connectarch Summit 2021

Ended this Thursday (12) the second edition of Connectarch Summit, biggest digital event about design and architecture, promoted by the brands Eliane and Decortiles.
Great national and international names spoke, in the days 10, 11 e 12, about architecture, design, creativity, science, Tendencies, technologies and behavior.
With interventions and insights raised by Rita Wu |, architect and technology specialist, the last day brought lectures with Lara Kaiser, Director of Healthcare and Operations at Perkins' São Paulo Studio&Will; Laurent Troost, awarded Belgian architect based in Brazil; Danny Spiewak, COO of the Vitacon Group, responsible for all operations of the organization, and co-founder of housi, where is he COO of the Multifamily PropTec platform; e Alejandro Aravena, Pritzker award winner 2016, recognized for his social housing projects and executive director of the Elemental SA office.
first speaker of the day, Lara Kaiser spoke about the main demands of contemporary hospital projects, in which the concern with the relaxation and well-being of patients and caregivers and optimizing access to the electricity and gas network.
Awarded and recognized for his work in biennials around the world and for having held the position of Director of Urban Planning for the Municipality of Manaus between 2013 e 2020, Laurent Troost focused on the architecture of the city where he has lived for eight years. The professional illustrated the diversity of architectural styles in the capital of the Amazon and the impressive lack of green in the capital of Manaus, heart of the largest rainforest in the world.
Then, Danny Spiewak spoke about the new configuration of residential buildings in big cities. With reduced apartments, the buildings gain more areas for social interaction and shared use equipment, as offices, gourmet spaces, coworkings, TV rooms, livings and innovations such as shared transport embarkation and disembarkation area and delivery storage environment.
Ending the night, Alejandro Aravena, Pritzker winner 2016 and executive director of Elemantal S.A., talked about the challenges and solutions found when building affordable housing, when the main difficulty is solving the value equation of state investment in contrast to the personal and social needs of low-income families. Aravena told about his experience in the construction of prefabricated and assembled popular houses using robots, with structures that won't need to undergo major renovations over time.
O Connectarch Summit was promoted by Connectarch, the brand relationship program Eliane e Decortiles and gathered, also, the architects Sarkis Semerdjian e Fernando Forte; or astrophysicist Luiz Alberto Oliveira; the stylist Ronaldo Fraga; the futurists Peter Kronstrom, Andrea Bisker e Daniela Klaiman; and the UN advisor Lisiane Lemos.

In addition to the lectures, the commentators Pedro Ariel, Nicholas Alencar e Rita Wu |, and drops with special guests during breaks, brought even more content. The event was broadcast throughout Latin America, with simultaneous translation into Portuguese, English and Spanish, and also had interpretation in Libras - Brazilian Sign Language - and audio description resource for blind or low vision people.
