PAUL Baruki ARCHITECTURE: TRADITION, RESEARCH AND INNOVATION

Recognized as one of the most influential architects of Latin America, Paul Baruki received EMAG magazine for an exclusive interview in his office in Rio de Janeiro. His legacy in building great works of shopping centers are spread throughout Brazil and, from this year, begins to gain global space with office expansion.

Because of my psychological and emotional structure I was identifying myself and some companies were identifying with this way of thinking, to make decisions cautious, classical, but contemporary, always dosing these trends. Today is my living universe.
5. HOW ally ARCHITECTURE, BEAUTY AND FUNCTIONALITY IN PROJECTS SO GREAT?
The Office is committed to the prompt work and we make every effort to enable. I think the essence of it is called humility. Humility to listen limitations. Taking the limitations and adding the possibilities, there arise something beautiful. I always think what you can lift respecting intentions, ambitions, dreams. For me, the scholar and the true intellectual is one who can communicate with all democratically.
6. HOW TO DEFINE SUSTAINABILITY IN A MALL PROJECT?
Sustainability is a greater connection to the environment at that particular point. If you can establish a connection from the supply chain that generated the work, to the disposal chain and the very efficient use of space. When I talk connection is to know that any movement begins and does not end, going from one person to another and sustainability goes through this idea.
