FGMF and Eliane launch creative collection to see and feel

Creativity is questioning standards, avoid the obvious. The premise for co-creation between Eliane and the FGMF office, is inspired by creative minimalism, in celebrating the sensorial and flexible architecture. The name chosen for the collection is Relevo, a concept that highlights the beauty of imperfection.
The intimacy with tactile aspects made it possible to create two series: Scratch and Silica. For architects Fernando Forte, Lourenço Gimenes and Rodrigo Ferraz, the creation of this concept led professionals to imagine the many forms of interactions that pieces can exert on spaces.
Risca's unique design materializes the natural and rustic effect of irregular surfaces. The reliefs create a uniform aesthetic with a contemporary and non-obvious dynamic. “The pieces are different from each other, although perfect in the fittings, bring this disruptive interaction”, says Fernando Forte.
The format structure was also designed to bring movement and pagination possibilities to meet color palettes and shapes.. Modularity allows compositions to gain a sensorial appeal – a true invitation to new experiences in architecture and design. “We looked for different inspirations in which we could have different formats, different patterns. The mix of smooth pieces with rough or scratched pieces brings an effect of movement where light and shadow take on new shades and shapes.”, points out architect Rodrigo Ferraz.

This new series aims to bring silent architecture, which focuses on the essential, leaving excesses aside and creating scenes that can cross time with a totally natural and matte effect.
“We like to look for unexpected solutions for our projects. In the case of coatings, We thought about bringing this possibility of giving people the power to decide how the space will look. People can use it very freely, how we would like to have this freedom”, finalized by Lourenço Gimenis.
