Eliane Tec promotes talk about sustainable floor solutions

Always attentive to innovations related to the civil construction market, a Eliane Tec, service Eliane specialized in complete construction solutions, integrated and competitive for the segment, promotes Talk Tec online, day 18 of June, at 17h. The activity is free and to participate you just need to register through the website www.eliane.com/talktec.
Geared towards engineers and architects, the meeting will focus on the use of raised floors and their properties with a focus on creating more sustainable indoor and outdoor areas, and will be led by Karina Campos, Master in Civil Engineering from UFSC (Federal University of Santa Catarina), manager of Eliane Tec. The conversation will count on the participation of engineer Rodrigo Paschoal, commercial director of Remaster, company specialized in the installation of raised floors, partner of Eliane.
Suitable for outdoor areas, corporate spaces, residential and wetlands (like bathrooms and changing rooms), the system consists of modular plates of recycled thermoplastic polypropylene embedded and locked in fixed pedestals (ranging from 7 cm a 15 cm high) or adjustable (that reach from 8,5 cm a 2 m high). Ceramic tiles Eliane are placed above this structure, that allows, inclusive, the creation of self-irrigating gardens, through the reuse of rainwater to compose a water table below the green area, making construction more sustainable.
Among the differentials of the system are the possibility of relocating and reusing the system, that can be removed and applied in another environment without loss of material; the ease of changing the layouts of spaces without the need to break a floor or wall to install power points; greater durability and high impact mechanical resistance. The system also allows easy access to installations under the floor (such as electrical and data cabling and hydraulic lines) for periodic maintenance and repairs
