Eliane Tec: the technologies of the Vesta enterprise

Just a few blocks from the sea, in Torres, no Rio Grande do Sul, is one of the projects most notable from the city. Recently opened and considered the first with the multipurpose feature, The building Vesta consists of three towers – Residential, Corporate and Center – with residential apartments, offices and an open-air shopping mall, all this at the same address.
From inside Vesta, a view is privileged due to its proximity to the coast, but, appreciation of the building's facade is also a worthwhile view. There are 1,900m² of Ventilated facade, a solution Eliane Tec chosen by VCA Maggi Incorporadora for the advantages that go a long way beyond the aesthetic function.

Facade with Petroleum Material NA
Coated with unglazed porcelain tiles (unglazed) Petroleum Matter NA, no format, 59×118,2cm, the facade was made from the hidden clamp system, promoting a distance of the cladding from the building wall. The space created by this facade model produces the chimney effect, where cold air enters at the bottom and hot air leaves at the top, providing ventilation e, consequently, climatic comfort us internal environments, resulting in energy saving for the entire enterprise.
From visual impressionante, Vésta follows a sober and urban color palette, in which shades of gray prevail in an interesting gradient, which ranges from white to the petroleum tone of the porcelain tile Eliane. Beauty and technology come together in one innovative facade, installed with practicality, and agility, offering ease of maintenance and safety and high resistance to impact, to wind loads and chemical attacks.
“We chose to implement the Ventilated Facade, gives Eliane Tec, because it is a cutting-edge and modern system. The solution is considerably lighter than traditional options and provides internal thermal comfort, resulting in energy savings and sustainability, a differentiator that we seek for our ventures”, Eraclídes Maggi, partner director of VCA Maggi Incorporadora.
