Eliane awards Best Ideas of the Year through the program GES. The Improvement Program Show is one of the most anticipated moments of the year. That's when the idea, thought and developed for so long, is finally chosen and presented to everyone. The 11th edition was held last Wednesday (14) at SER Eliane, with the presence of teams from the units 1, 2, 3, 4 and Artistic, in addition to the virtual and unprecedented participation of Eliane Nordeste teams.
The novelty this year was the division of the award into categories. "Before, the focus was more economical. It's very important, but we realized that it would be as valid as, cover other areas and encourage initiatives on social and environmental issues as well ”, explains Luan Zuchinali Sorato, Improvement Program coordinator.
In addition to receiving the award, the three winning teams presented their projects again, this time, to a large audience with all participants. Follow the sellers:

– Social Category – Cyclone team with the project: “Improvement in the feed cone of the continuous mill.
– Environmental Category – Night Ideas Team, from Eliane 1, with the “nail polish line dropper” project.
altogether, 20 teams entered innovative ideas that contribute to the development and improvements in the product and company-wide process. Between them, two groups from the Northeast unit. “Our special thanks to Eliane Nordeste's teams for their participation.
