Costaneira Black: after 74 years, a new story

Are 74 years in the market for the commercialization of high standard products in Rio Grande do Sul. A long story, but it still has new chapters in store. The store Costaneira, of New Hamburg, renewed, opening this Tuesday, 10, the new Black Store of State. Black Stores are exclusive spaces, showcases where the protagonism of national ceramic tiles is only for the Eliane, brand that is part of this story with a close partnership and ties that go beyond commercial.

“My story in Costaneira began 12 years. When I arrived, a Eliane and the Costaneira they already had a relationship of partnership and friendship. Even so, I missed having brands closer to our portfolio. I received recognition from commercial and marketing director Rogério Longoni, who already served us, and what we built together was very beautiful. These ties were strengthened greatly thanks to the people, because no one relates to a logo on the wall, It’s from person to person.”, comments Caroline Müller, president from Costaneira.
And from this desire to be even closer was born Costaneira Black. The store is cozy and all Instagramable – when the scenarios are worthy of a photo for social media –, is located in a mall dedicated to the architecture segment, and was prepared to receive architects for high standard service.

The ceramic coatings are exposed in areas with panels that allow product pagination, and the space also features complementary items, such as crockery and metal, everything to enrich the experience of being in the store. With the functional kitchen, receiving becomes, indeed, A reality; the toilet is also a showcase with decorated products, exposed and applied.
“The store is beautiful and pleasant! It was a very well thought out project and everything came together to make it happen in the best way possible.. Long-term planning with full support from Eliane who spared no effort to make everything work out. Our expectations were not only met but exceeded”, ends Caroline.
