Combating Covid-19: Eliane joins forces in the production of lab coats for health professionals
Union of forces has proven to be one of the most effective tools in combating Covid-19. Working together, despite the distance, organs, companies and institutions are reinventing themselves and looking for strategies to mitigate the impacts of the pandemic. In the south of Santa Catarina, Afasc - Women's Social Assistance Association of Criciúma, is coordinating the production of disposable lab coats for healthcare professionals.
Like many companies in the region, Eliane is also a partner in this initiative, donating 3 thousand meters of TNT - fabric used to make lab coats. With that amount, it is possible to produce approximately 1500 factories, but the initiative has counted on the partnership of many other companies in the region to reach the initial goal of 15 thousand coats.
