4 Mixed Milan Salon Places, By Larissa Catossi

With eyes attentive to design and open heart to what you feel, Milan pulsa, once again, with unmissable places and the center of ideas that will influence the way we live and feel the spaces. In 2025, Salone del Mobile and Fuorisalone events that take over the city reveal a new direction: The design with sensory aesthetics, fluid and emotional.

Neuroscience, for example, already proved what design always knew: form is not everything. What really matters is what it makes us feel. E, this week, Milan immerses this theme - revisited aesthetics, where what is at stake is not just the product, but the experience, Welfare and sensitivity.

Like this, between artistic facilities, iconic launches and exhibitions that mix the artisan with the technological, the industrial with the sustainable, The design we see in Milan today is more human, more atmospheric, most vivid.

E, For those who are passing through the city (or for those who want to follow everything at a distance), Our correspondent Larissa Catossi, directly from Milan, selected four unmissable places that translate this spirit. A script that goes beyond objects and plunges into experiences that can touch all the senses.

Get to know the unmissable places of Milan

1. The apartment by Artemest

Milan has this magic of transforming historical spaces into contemporary stages. The apartment That's exactly that. The exhibition occupies a classic apartment Milanese, But each environment was reimagined by international studios, with pieces made by Italian artisans. It is as if tradition and future shared the same sofa. On here, Design wins soul. No Palazzo Donizetti, An architectural masterpiece of the 19th century located on Via Gaetano Donizetti 48.

2. Milan pilot

This show is a pride for Brazil. Idealized by Brazilian curator Ricardo Gaioso, Milan pilot shows that Brazil has much more to say in design than just tropicalism. Objects and furniture have strength, have criticism, have presence. It's functional, sim, But it is also provocative. A place to reconnect with the power of design as a speech.

3. Staging Modernity, casina

See FormAfantasma reinterpret the Le Corbusier collection, Pierre Jeanneret and Charlotte Perriand is a time class. The installation ‘Staging Modernity’ celebrates the 60 years of the most iconic line of the casina. But it's not just a rescue: It's a new reading. It is about what remains, What transforms and how design can cross generations without losing relevance.

4. Elle decor alchemical, By Patricia Urquiola

Patricia Urquiola never disappoints. And here, No Palazzo Bovara, She proposes something poetic: The house as a constantly changing organism. The installation Alchemical it's alive, Fluid and full of meanings. Walking around is like walking inside an idea, where furniture, the colors and textures narrate transformations that are also ours.

Milan is not just about what you see

If the design is, increasingly, about creating experiences that involve all the senses, The 63rd edition of the Milan Mobile Salon proves this transformation. The city reinvents itself as a celebration of everything that is possible to imagine - that is, to feel.
